- Free Car Hire
- One free car per villa booked (with a maximum of 2 free cars per booking)
- Applies to entry level manual car hire only – upgrades and automatics available for an additional charge
- Free car hire is only valid for the same length of accommodation booked:
- 7 nights’ accommodation entitles you to 7 days free car hire, even if your flight dates are for a longer duration
- Car hire discount is capped at 14 nights meaning a 3-week accommodation and flights booking will receive discount relative to 2-weeks car hire
- Free car hire includes unlimited mileage, Super Collision Damage Waiver (Zero Excess) and all local taxes. Optional extras such as child seats, additional drivers and supplementary insurance excess waiver are available and payable locally.
- For Hurghada, Sharm el Sheikh and Marrakech, where no car hire is available, free airport-resort transfers will be provided instead, when booking flights.
- Free Travel Insurance
- Free for all of travelling passengers booking flights with James Villa Holidays
- Free travel insurance is only valid for the same length of accommodation booked
- 7 nights’ accommodation entitles you to 7 days cover, even if your flight dates are for a longer duration. You can pay extra to extend your insurance duration.
- Subject to policy conditions
- Excess waiver available for an additional charge
- Free Welcome Pack
- 1 free welcome pack for each villa booked, where available (there are a small number of properties where welcome packs are not available)
- Extra welcome packs available for an additional charge.
Low Deposit – T&Cs
- Pay just £100 per person deposit if you are booking more than 20 weeks prior to departure.
- The remaining deposit is due 8 weeks after your booking is confirmed
- Holiday must be booked between 11 December 2014 and 2 February 2015 inclusive
- Holiday must depart between 1 March 2015 and 31 December 2015 inclusive
- Full holiday balances are required to be paid 12 weeks prior to departure as per standard booking conditions
- Low deposit offer applies to new bookings only
- Offer can be used in conjunction with any other eligible offer
- All bookings are subject to availability and booking conditions [link]
- Offer may be withdrawn or extended without notice
- Any holiday cancellation outside of 12 weeks to travel will be based on full deposit and not the initial low deposit. For cancellations within 12 weeks to travel please refer to our booking conditions.
